【訂房注意事項】

1. 請來電預約訂房，告知入住日期、住客姓名及手機號碼。
2. 經電話確認後請於24小時內匯入訂金（房價50%），訂金匯入之後，請來電或以簡訊告知我們，確定收到訂金始得為您保留房間，餘款可以於入住前一週透過銀行轉帳支付，或是辦理入住手續時支付現金。
3. 若於保留時間內未收到訂金則將取消訂房，並且不另行通知，如需再次訂房請來電詢問。
4. 匯款後請務必來電或以簡訊通知匯款帳號後五碼。
5. 於收到訂金後，會回電或以簡訊通知您，並且再次確定您入住日期、時間。
6. 訂房時間早上10:00~晚上22:00，請於訂房時間來電。
7. 專用停車位只有一個，要預先預訂。台南市路邊停車格夜間10點鐘到清晨8點鐘不收停車費，您停車不會有問題。
8. 為提供旅客乾淨衞生的住宿環境，寢具及被套每次使用後清洗更換並日曬烘乾。
9. 平日價：星期日至星期四。
10. 假日價：星期五、星期六、國定假日、連續假日期間、農曆春節按訂價收費。
11. 進房時間下午15點至18點，請勿超過18點進房；若因特殊情況會晚到請先來電告知。
12. 退房逾時一小時以半日計費。
13. 嚴禁攜帶寵物入住。
14. 嚴禁室內抽菸（花園備有菸灰缸）、酗酒、轟趴、嗑藥，一經發現報警處理。
15. 位於寧靜之住宅區，晚上10:00過後請降低音量，勿大聲喧嘩。
16. 入住時務必攜帶本人身分證正本（或駕照、健保卡、護照）以便登記住房。
17. 平日續住者可享第二日起優惠，為確保住客隱私，續住日不提供清潔服務，住宿多日另有優惠（假日、連續假日、春節期間不適用，不可與其它優惠合併使用）。
18. 為維護住宿旅客與他人居住之安全，全棟嚴禁開火烹飪及燒烤。
19. 請節約能源愛護地球，出門時請務必隨手關燈與冷氣資源。
20. 為維護住宿品質，請據實告知訂房人數，當住客人數增加時，也請提早告知我們，以便為您準備加床用品，誤報者經查證屬實一律現場酌收加人費用。
21. 房內所有物品皆有市價，請勿損壞房內物品或任意携出，如有發現則照價賠償。
22. 陽台及花園水池請勿攀爬，有小朋友的旅客請注意小朋友的安全。
23. 房客請將貴重物品與金錢隨身携帶，請勿放置房內，我們不負擔保管的責任。

Reservation for attention
